VOX disgusting and useless service !!!!!!

Called Vox on the 6th March 2018 to have internet cancelled with immediate effect due to Vox breaking an agreement and we as a paying customer gets notified on some random email that the bolt on package will be discontinued on the 28th February 2018. The email was sent on the 07th February 2018 but when I cancel I have a 30day cancellation period!!!!!!!!! Who are you and who made you my father!!!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and still till now they still looking for a supervisor to assist. Customer service is disgusting in this country and all we do is pay and support bad attitudes but that boat has sailed. I want assistance and A.S.A.P. I signed an agreement form for bolt on and the it just gets discontinued and we all should just be happy I’m sorry this is hard work money that I just give away to Vox every month. This matter better be resolved or we can start with legal implications to have this matter resolved like normal human beings.
