Vox Disappointment

Terrible terrible service that I am receiving from Vox. My problems all started off on the 10th of November where there was a scheduled maintenance it’s been downhill from there. My internet has issues everyday. If it’s not 0 connectivity then I have issues with my Ethernet. Everyday at 11pm my internet would randomly stop working or there are simply days when it goes off. I work for an online company and need my connection to be stable all the time, I am at the brink of losing my job due to you people not giving me what I am paying for. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I have been receiving.
