Vox did not release my line as previously communicated on their mail.

After several interaction with vox telecom to release my line that has never worked for me, I am extremely disappointed to find out that the line is still not released.

I called evotel infrastructure today and I was told that the line will only be released by the end of this month, 31th of August 2022. It really frustrate me to be stuck with this problem for months whilst vox is well aware that I am not in possession of their router and I am at this pointing time not held to any of their service.

I also find it very strange for vox to have not resolved my issue of line release at this stage because the line has never been active in the first place, I am holding another ISP's router with line that has been activated by vox, so the combination does not give me any service and it has never benefited me in anyway.

Below is vox email to say my line was confirmed as released, but it is still not. I am very very disappointed by vox's service to their clients.
