VOX Customer Service Pathetic

VOX Customer Service is absolutely atrocious I have been trying to rectify an issue with the Accounts and Billing Department for months now , but have received no significant communication from any of the VOX team. I just receive Countless tickets with no response whatsoever I was just on the call with the Contact Center and was left on hold for 5 minutes before the call was cut

This is absolutely atrocious and VOX should reach out to their customers They have 10000 different email addresses , but no 1 person who responds
