Vox Customer service NON EXISTING!!

The rating should be in a minus. I moved a month ago and was instructed to take my router with to the new place. First it did not work as Vox just did not connect me to the fibre. After a week of struggling to actually talk to someone who knows what is going on, tons of mails sent with no response, trying the WhatsApp line, with no real resolution and them closing the incident the whole time the router was finally switched on.

On 1 April Vox turned my connection off AGAIN because now I need a new router.

How do you just turn off a router and then claim you cannot connect it to the new line (which it has been using for a month btw) and I just need to wait for a new router that will come who knows when. But no, I must pay for this service or they cut you off. I am paid up to date, always on time, and yet this is the horrible horrible service they give.

Vox, you have the poorest client service I have ever experienced in my whole life!!!!
