I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Naledi Masuku, for the excellent service she provided me last week Friday 03rd Feb 2023. Naledi Masuku helped me to sort out my account query after I discovered that I was incorrectly billed and suspended. She then went above and beyond by not only assisting me with just my account query, she also assisted in having my router re-shipped to me and also ensured that all my queries are resolved Naledi Masuku's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. She followed up to ensure that I as a new customer am satisfied and all my queries are resolved. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
