VOX Customer service is useless
My internet speed is shocking slow, I log a call NO ONE calls to check and confirm all is working. The only feedback i get is that the call has been closed and all is running fine which it is NOT, VOX has got no idea what customer services is.

I think the reason you are not able to reach me is due to the fact that we arrange for a call at 3pm and VOX only calls an hour later, unfortunately i am in back to back meetings and cannot take a call an hour after our scheduled time.
However my internet speed has dropped AGAIN...

Afternoon,
