VOX customer service is horrific

Good day,

We app**** for VOX lte over 2 weeks ago. We made payment, submitted documents and was awaiting delivery. We made a call to VOX call centre only to find out our order was cancelled. We haven’t received communication of any sort that the order has been cancelled. Instead we were told to reorder and take it further from there. We then asked for a cancellation and a refund.

We have sent off the necessary documents for the refund yet after 2 weeks still no communication or refund has been made?( We did at first send the wrong proof of payment but it was corrected)

Try calling the call centre and you get no answer.

With Afrihost we got internet set up in days...

This is definetly poor service in my books...
