Vox customer service horror.

Our neighborhood experienced a power outage after that I couldn't connect to out home wifi. I couldn't find it when searching with any devices. I called Evotel to get someone to assist me. I was told my query would be resolved in an hour and someone would be in touch with me. No one called. I called again twice today and spent over an hour on the phone only to be told that they will log a ticket. Yesterday I spoke to Babotseng on the watsapp chat for assistance and was told my query would be resolved but still nothing. I'm on the watsapp chat again with Babotseng and still my query remains unresolved. It is now been 36 hours and counting but no help, no calls... Nothing.
