VOX CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD
Vox is the WORST internet provider I have EVER dealt with. Again after 1 month of uninterrupted internet, yesterday 27 Feb 2025 it went off, it is almost 24 hours NO FEEDBACK, and if you do ask or complain they block you on social media, this left me with no choice as to create anothet profile. Once again if i ask feedback i get the AUTOMATED response of VOX engineers are working on it. Thats is no resonse or feedback. BUT WE NEED TO PAY FULL PRICE

When we ask for refund your answer is to send me the contract that says "you can GUARANTEE services for monies paid, and that you dint have to refund. I want feedback, that is new, like in WHEN will i have wifi
