Vox Customer Service

On 28 July 2020 I logged a request with Vox for cession of my contract to the new tenant. I have sent numerous follow up emails but to date this has not been done. I am not receiving any reply or response! Vox is eager to sell their product but their after service is non existent! It is heart breaking that people must log complaints in order to get service!
