Vox completely useless with customer service and payment

I have a big issue with this company. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I installed Vox in December of 2023. The technicians told me that the first month is free. This was a lie. I paid was informed of a fee, was broke and paid the installation fee and normal R299 package fee in January, also in February, then in March as well. I received an outstanding invoice of over R2000. I was asking why. No one answered. I could not use the wats app as my number was deactivated. Then eventually got hold of a person on 28 February, Aviwe because you mostly chat with a robot. I sent my proof of payment. He confirmed that these payments were received but I have a nonpayment fee outstanding. How the **** could that person locate my manual payment of three consecutive months, but their collections department could not pick this up. I paid with the reference number provided. I moved end of March and I am now without wifi cause no one in that place works. Proof of payment was also sent to *** no help was received.
