Vox Collections is terrible.

Vox is ridiculous. i cancelled my subscription in August 2023 and they emailed me in Sept 2023 they were sending someone to pick up my ONT box and modem. No one came to pick it up and i emailed them to ask what happened and there was no response. in May this year i got a bill from them for the ONT. When i phones to query about it their collections Manager (Marlene i think) supposed to contact me before they took the money out of my account. there was no response and three weeks after she supposed to call me they took 2K from my acount. Now im on the phone with them for over an hour and no one can help...
