Vox clueless with solving fibre issue

Vox/OpenServe/Telkom came installed fibre worked for one day Friday the 1st. Logged a call on the 2nd, thereafter followed up daily, it is now 10 days later, no fibre connection, no resolution and it seems that nobody knows whether the line is cancelled or what happened. They probably expect me to pay for this month as well
