Vox client service has gone down the drain.

Ive been a client at Vox for years… referred people to Vox, used to really be satisfied with the service.

Rejoining Vox this year after a move has resulted in me being shockingly disappointed! With installation problems which led me to wait for hours on the Whatsapp client service and feedback.

Wish it ended there!

Where an account fault I had to be logged after that, which resulted in a lady in accounts who just forwarded my call with no communication.

This is honestly a service id never suggest to anyone in my future referrals. Really sucks to see how a great service has gone down the ropes in just a year.
