Vox clearly doesn't want the extra sale/business :(

On Friday, 16 May 2025, I logged a call with Vox for a WIFI extender at my home. I was called and it was explained that a technician will need to come out and do a test in order to quote on the amount of extenders / extender options available to us. An appointment was setup for Monday, 19 May 2025. On Monday, the technician, Dayle, arrived and did the test. He assured us that we would get the quotes the same day. One for "Outright purchase" and one that would be a "lease, inclusive of installation". We explained that we definitely want the installation option and was told the quotations would be forthcoming the same day. On Tuesday, I sent an email to follow-up on the quotations. That evening at 20h35, someone tried to call me, but I did not take the call, due to the hour. On Wednesday morning, 21st of May 2025 at 11h31, I called Vox again to follow-up on the quotations. I was then told that the feedback they received from Dayle was that we were still "making up our minds". I explained AGAIN that I was waiting for the quotations and would definitely take the installation option. The gentleman told me that he escalated it to the sales department and I should be getting my quotes very soon. Today is Thursday, 22 May 2025 and I have STILL not received any quotations - nevermind that I have been following up DAILY on this. Does Vox not want the additional sale/business??
