Further to the story of *****ing money every month from our account. Well, the Cape Town head and a new account manager actually kept to their appointment and visited our offices yesterday. I am happy to report that they completely agree with us about their appalling and unprofessional behaviour. That's the first step. Now let's see what their action entails.
