Vox Charging me R2000 for a broken router I don't have but they do.

Around May of 2023, my router stopped working (it fried itself on a Vox UPS). I reported this to Vox and requested a replacement. Instead of sending a new router, a technician came to my home and confirmed what I already knew—the router was fried. They then asked me to pay R1600 for a new one, even though I was still under my two-year contract and should have received a replacement at no extra cost. I declined this offer, and the technician left with the broken router.

Now, Vox is asking me to pay R2000 for the router. Despite providing proof, including the technician's name and the visit history email, the issue remains unresolved.

I would advise caution in doing business with Vox and suggest looking into other options, such as Rain.
