VOX CANT MEET PROMISES

I have been on the go trying to get my internet done through Vox for over a month now. I had accepted a quotation in the beginning and technicians came out for the ISP side and took over 1 and half hours to figure out that they are not the ones that are operating in my complex. I then started the whole process over and accepted the new quotation. The second ISP then came out very shortly after to install the fibre converter for the router that is to be installed by VOX themselves. After being promised that i would have my internet up and running as soon as the converter is installed, i then get an email (3 days later) from the technical department of VOX that there is no fibre in my area. I stay in a complex with many other units and they all have got fibre internet and have had this for over 2 months. I cant understand how there is no fibre in my area if i have got fibre boxes in my unit along with an O.N.T unit that was installed by Open Serve and they say all is running and full signal is on the line. ALL I NEED IS MY ROUTER FROM VOX!!!
