VOX CANCELLATION - HORRIBLE SERVICE

Still trying to cancel my LTE contract with them, I sent through my cancellation in December 2020. It should have have been cancelled end of Jan 2021. Today is 2 Feb 2021 and guess what they took off double my original premium that I have been paying. I'm annoyed whyyyyyy!!!!! I am moving to another country - I am not going to neeed there services and they still deducting - FOR WHAT???????
