VOX cancellation fee - never disclosed

No communication between client and service provider. Very quick to install and invoice you. Joined a month to month "contract" then when wanting to cancel for "poor service" I get billed a R15499 account for services, installations etc What absolute *******. I won't advise anyone to use them and make sure that you ask about the cancellation fee when trying a different provider. I was never told about any cancellation fee within the first 24 months. As a consumer, one has a right to "test" a product out and if not happy, cancel within 3 months. I will be contacting the consumer services to advise them of this fee.
