VOX Billing
I downgraded from a 100/100 line for R 975,00 to a 30/30 line for R 490,00. On 20 March 2026 my service was downgraded to the 30/30 line. I received a credit of R 189,67 for the remainder of the month which is correct. But instead of passing the credit to my account Vox invoices me for the credit. I paid in advance for March. March was thus paid in full at the higher rate. How can I get invoiced for the reduction? VOX is unable to resolve this query. This has been going on for weeks. Now I get suspension warnings from Vox.

11 Apr 2026, 11:51Hello VOX
I have serious reservations about your accounts department.
Maybe you should teach them some basic maths and how to work with a calculator.
They give me a credit, then invoice me for the credit.
How can such logic be understood?
How can such people actually work in an accounts department?
This has been going on for weeks, and is still not resolved.
I just received another invoice for my credit instead of a credit note.
And to top it all VOX sends me suspensions warnings if I do not pay the credit that is due to me.
Is there actually someone in the VOX accounts department that understands basic accounting?
The difference between a debit and credit?
The difference between a credit note and an invoice?
Can we get this resolved please?
