This company,they are the biggest ****** ever.Installation took forever,when I cancelled they promised to install asap which they did.After installation fibre was still not working, and was advised a technician would be sent.A week passed no technician,I cancelled and guess what,they want R2400 cancellation from someone who was never active because of their disgusting after sales support.Biggest ****mers!maybe that how they ***** people by pushing you to cancel by offering a bad service so they can bill.Account Number: ***
