VOX - BEYOND PATHETIC - RATHER AVOID
Apart from them completely dropping the ball on moving my service to my new address, despite me putting a shocking review, VOX just went one step further. I had already paid for May before even moving, yet only received service 4th May. VOX now has the absolute cheek of charging me pro rata for May. Their accounts lady doesnt have a clue, when I pointed out that I had actually already paid for the month and in reality they owe me as they didnt deliver service, she could not understand this. WHAT ON EARTH IS HAPPENING AT VOX, they have gone completely down the drain and they JUST DONT CARE.

Seeing as I paid in advance for my new service (May) but only got my service on 4th May (lets not forget I have already paid for a full month) why have I not been credited. You say the first invoice is issued upon activation - THATS NOT TRUE - You generated the invoice before the service was activated and i PAID before it was activated. STOP MAKING STUPID EXCUSES FOR YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE.

The billing commences on the date of activation of the line, However, in this instance, the self-installation could not be completed and therefore an on-site installation was required.
