Vox - best service

I have had fibre through Vox for over a year. Their service is truly brilliant. I don't know why there are bad reviews here. You can always get hold of someone on the phone and if you email them, you'll get a call back immediately. On the odd occasion that I've had any connection problems, they have attended to it promptly. Please don't confuse an actual fibre supplier (like Octotel, Vuma, Frogfoot, Openserve etc) with an ISP like Vox. ie. If Vuma has a problem, don't blame Vox.
