VOX - bad service hosting

There is little excuse if a company this large cannot execute a simple instruction to cancel a domain release it to a better ISP. My client cancelled his domain services due to the fact that VOX cannot host emails. 30 day notice was given on the last day the ticket was submitted to transfer. It has been over 24 hours and they just ignore all request.
