Vox bad service

I've been a customer with Vox for a while now, but over the last three months, I've been experiencing frequent internet outages. I've diligently logged calls with Vox support, and while they assured me the issue was fixed, it continued to persist.

In the past month, I discovered that Vox was actively blocking my VPN. I promptly reported this issue as well, but I haven't received any meaningful responses from their support team.

Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I requested to cancel my account, as the issues were clearly not my fault. However, Vox has been uncooperative and seemingly unwilling to release my line.
