VOX BAD SERVICE

Bad service ,they installed a router until today it's not working as of 15 September. I have sent them emails pictures of the faults calls and when you call they just let you listen o prompt voice and music then drop your call. Can they just credit back my money cause I've never utilized this router and send me a detailed invoice of the debit.
