Vox BAD SERVICE

Shocking! Appalling service from Vox! No regard for their customers as well bad communication from their field agents! We agreed on a debit order date for 1st they go debit my account on the 23rd causing bank charges that I know need to account when there was CLEAR communication on debit order date!
