Vox bad service
My internet went down on Christmas day in Despatch area, it's been 22 hours and you can't even send us updates as to what is going on, this is very poor service, just stating that you don't receive updates from frogfoot, why don't you call and follow up like we have to follow up with you? This is unacceptable we just expect updates that's all.
