Vox - bad news

I got a VOX WiFi system in Nelspruit end of October 2015 for R899.00 per month. I inform the Nelspruit branch a that I do not want the phone service and that it must be cancelled. I put the phone in my safe. In Dec (IAB***5) - R2547.04 and Jan (IAB***) - R2549.94 and got my invoices for much more than R899.00 per month. I contacted VOX on 26/2 to enquire Clarize Nieuwenhuis rep**** on 4/3 that it was for outgoing calls. I rep**** that I cancelled the phone in November and ask once again that it must be removed and disconnected. I struggle to get feedback from Clarize until 18/3 when she said that the phone was now suspended and that they will investigate the matter further. By 27/3 she let me know that they will not take responsibility as it was not possible to hack a VOX phone. May (IAB***) R2548.82 the same thing happened. I had dealings with Rebekah Modungwa who said it was not possible to cancel my phone service
