VOX - as useless as the rest !

I have been waiting for 3 months to get an existing fibre line activated ! VOX sales person was great and quick to sign me up - assuring me that I would not have the same bad experiences I had with cool ideas and Afrihost. I was told that he would be my point of contact until I was up and running - no frustrating call centers! Well once signed up, he was gone !! Same old bull**** for week after week - no feedback and lame excuses that they waiting for Frogfoot - who is the common problem here and will be my next review. Vox can’t escalate a query when someone is clearly very unhappy and have no clue on customer service - wouldn’t last a month in any first world country ! USELESS !
