VOX as useless as ever- 4 months without VOIP service, but still getting charged for it!

My Vox VoIP service was down for 4 months, from November 2029 to end Feb 2020. To date, VOX have been ignoring my numerous requests to refund me the VOIP subscriptions for the 4 months the service was not working. It took them 4 months to fix de VoIP issue, after endless emails - and a post on Hello Peter….this company is totally useless, they don't care about clients. All they are interested in is charging clients for services they don't even provide correctly (strangely they don't reply to service requests, but they are always on time to charge for the services they are not providing)
