VOX are useless and ***********

I joined VOX just over 2 weeks ago. I joined in the middle of the month and the payment of the first invoice wasn't explained to me, needless to say I was shocked when I received the invoice. I contacted VOX and have been pushed from pillar to post, given the wrong information, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, every excuse in the book has come out and yet they charge a fortune for their service and obviously they haven't helped me in any way.
