Vox are useless!

Vox does not seem to know what they are doing, after a full week of my time and energy wasted, 8 calls later, inept technicians, unhelpful technical assistance, what a nightmare and many frustration s later, I wish I had not gone for a Fibre contract with Vox. I highly recommend that nobody does. As they are useless! And I'm left without a fibre activation since my fibre line was installed on Monday 6 March to correct Saturday 11 March. Apparently I was delivered a faulty router, promised a new router and I'd be up and running by Saturday 11 March, I called wastefully this morning 11 March, again only to be informed, their Technicians do not work on weekends, only be able to come on Monday....but I'm at work on Monday....very frustrated!
