VOX are *******! Take your money when you cancel.

I signed up for a MONTH-TO-MONTH fibre account. This was very clear as i was intending to immigrate. Now that i am trying to cancel i am being told that i need to pay a cancellation fee. Two different people have told me 2 different reasons.

This is unprofessional, ********* and THEFT!

Lets see if they care about their reputation enough to resolve this!
