Vox are *******, CAN'T RECOMMEND them.

My initial experience with Vox was fine. I was happy with the service I received and would of considered them when we moved. However, this changed. I can not recommend Vox to anyone.

Being on a MONTH to MONTH contract you would expect to be able to cancel or leave at any time... NO! This is not the case. You are only on a month to month contract after a year. This is my first issue.

My second issue is to relocate a service (NOTE: NOT CANCEL, RELOCATE), you have to pay to leave the month to month contract as you can't just relocate but are forced to cancel. We paid R3500 to cancel and then after that bitterness was set in to pay decided there was no incentive for us to stay at Vox. Since the contract is cancelled so be it.

But was has finally put a tick into me, is the theft of my money after the contract has been cancelled and the fact that no one has gotten back to me!!!! The one lady who I had spoken to on the phone said she can't understand it and transferred me to someone who never answered so the phone cut out. This Kind of service is OUTRAGEOUS!!!

So as per these reasons, I can not recommend Vox and if this money is not returned to me ASAFP, I WILL take Legal action as you are ******* and are *****ing my money without my consent!

So maybe now I will be contacted with regards to what exactly is going on as I have had to resort to these measures to hopefully get a reaction from Vox!!!
