VOX are ******** people, do not sign up with them

Vox is truly ********. I wanted them to install fibre internet at my business location. Subject to the landlord approval for the fibre installation they supp**** me with an LTE router to be used in the interim (I paid for the months we used the router). When the landlord denied installation they charged me cancellation fee of over R20 000 for the LTE router. After I tried numerous times communicating with different representatives of Vox with little to no response. They would not answer my emails, calls, or even whatsapps! Now they just sent me a final notice, handing me over to attorneys.

They are literally ******** me into paying for a service I did not sign up for and not using.
