Vox are F*ucking useless!!!

My service was cancelled (one month cancellation notice was provided) as of the end of August, and had huge issues with Vox staff wanting to arrange a courier to collect my router. Finally through much trouble, a courier came to collect middle of September and I received a WhatsApp message from the Courier with the waybill number. I never heard from Vox after this until I received an email with a statement saying I owed them just over R1200. I called Vox and they said you haven't returned the Router, I was angry at this point and provided the agent with the waybill number and courier that collected. I then never heard from them for another month until I received another bill plus a notice that I was going to be handed over. I then called Vox again and they said they would sort it out, a couple of weeks thereafter I received an SMS to say I was handed over to a collection agency. I eventually found the person Letitia Stander at Vox debtors debt dealing with Vericred agency and she personally sent me an email to say that the account will be retracted and no further action will be taken. A few days ago I received another email from Vox to say I am being reported to the credit bureau. Don't ever use Vox, their service staff are useless!
