Vox are a parasite in the personal telecoms game

The technicians at Vox leave much to be desired. If anything is not exactly perfect when they do an installation they blame other vendors. Aka vumatel for fibre. They lie and are very shady instead of just admitting they do not know what they are doing. I have used up most of my air time on phoning them and other vendors. Sometimes even when they are in my house doing an installation. Total un professionalism. Vox are costing people time, money and their general sanity. Unfortunately the product they offer is good. I can’t believe they can get away with messin people around. They need to train their staff. If they can’t afford it to their prices, then people won’t get sucked into their so called good deals, that cost you time and money to get installed. And having to deal with people who don’t know what they are doing or even care. I wish there was a consumer watchdog to complain to. I would sue them for time wasting, distress, lying, mis representing and money. I hope they can get there act together. Don’t offer a product if you can’t ful fill it. I understand we are small money in their eyes, then stick to business. And let us get on with our lives.
