Vox are a bunch of ********

<p>When I first moved to Vox, I thought I was going to recieve good service and a stable connection, for the first month all was great but then things started to get worse. I had a 4mbps fatpype (Premium) connection at Vox and instead of getting a consistent 400+mbps I got a fluctuation of 200mbps and 400mbps never getting a stable connection, this was when I was alone on the internet and I tested it for a week, but that wasn't even the reason as to why I decided to write a review mind you it was when I wanted to stop using their services thats when they really decided to get under my skin. I wrote an email asking to terminate their services and to put the lyne in a open holding pool, so I could go to a better ISP, they said it was going to take a month while any other ISP would be able to do it in the same day including Telkom and thats saying something! They said after wards its inthe fine print and I can't even remember signing a ****** contract with these people I wanted to have a pay a you go deal with them not this ****. The people I talked to was some of the most *********** people I've ever had to deal with, I had to pay for another month of their sevices and now a 2 months later a month after moving to EZsure, who are great btw great service and competent most importantly stable internet, they are harassing me so I should pay roughly R250 (can't remember the exact amount) for I don't know what. So I will recommend using anyone else than Vox at the moment.</p>
