VOX annual increase is excessive

VOX telecoms send through their annual letter of increase, that they state increase of 2.96% and your specific product might be higher or lower than the 2.96%, VOX increased my premium since March 2020 by 16.15%, They even charge this increase on the hardware that was installed March 2020. There is a clause in their standard Terms & conditions that you may cancel the contract without penalties if the service becomes unaffordable. I instructed VOX to cancel my contract under this clause. They rep**** to me that VOX cancelled the increase for 2022. It just shows you that there is no need for the increase. My advice is to check your increase and if you can't afford the increase cancel the contract under that clause. I can guarantee you that you will find a better ISP that is affordable and actually care about their clients and not exploit them.
