Vox anf frogfoot Wi fi

Worst Service ever and the most rudest people ever. Ive been struggeling wth them from the day we start using vox and frogfoot.

When they send A invoice it gets paid. But a week after the wi-fi is put off.... for NO REASON.. then I struggel for a wholw week to get it on again then we pay a amount then they put it off again. So I cancelled the service...

Now Im getting sued for a cancelation fee.? For what? For the bad service I got??
