Vox and Vumatel Cannot meet their demands

It’s been 4 days without WiFi connection and this is a recurring issue every month, without reason or explanation. Vox has received multiple calls and emails from me and people in my area with the same issue. But they give an automated response via email of acknowledgment and say engineers are on site. However when I ask for an update on what the engineers are doing or estimated time restoration, they say they don’t know and don’t have an update. This service is disgustingly terrible. Their customer service is non existent. It’s been 4 days and continuing. We pay for such a terrible service. For a company that fails to meet the demands of its customers. And they continue to raise their prices knowing that they are a terrible company with an atrocious customer service. Vox and Vumatel do better.

In the meantime what happens because nobody actually sent engineers and there is no ETR for the WiFi connection. We deserve more than just our complaint being sent to the support team

Vox, you say the link is on and connected and that Vumatel has tested the link with multiple positive outcomes but we still don’t have WiFi connection. There is something that is causing connection failure and now it’s been over a week without WiFi connection. The power light, broadband and Ethernet lights are on and green except for the service light. Please resolve this issue properly. We have called and logged another ticket despite multiple tickets being logged and multiple calls. Ormonde still has no WiFi connection amid all the work that was “supposedly” done. Come on now. This is unacceptable
