Vox and Vumatel

Please stay away. Between Vox and Vumatel, I have been without internet on my third week now. I log a ticket Vox close it. Vumatel on the other hand had me waited for two days on which we made arrangements and they never show. Then the next day they will phone and say they are at my gate. Excuse me...I am working and prior arrangements has to be made. Vox then even went further and charged me for my upgrade for the last two weeks where i did not even had wifi or internet. So here I am, I cancelled my prescription, yet they expect me to pay for the month, but they do not want to fix my internet. I have sent e mails, i phoned, and I am running out of options. I dont know what to do anymore, these people are plain ******** to my issues
