Vox and Vumatel

I have been fighting with them for 2 weeks now.Still no internet connection since the 25th of March. Today it’s the 4th of April….i am beyond p****ed. No Wi-Fi, no TV, kids can’t do their robotic homework. Vox customer service is the worst I have ever come across. I have tried being polite, I have tried shouting…nothing works with them. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT USE VOX AS YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER. Everyday same story,Vox: we have checked its fine on our side, did Vumatel agents call you, Vumatel says its fine on their side…*** to this day no1 has been to our house.
