Vox and Vericred extremely unprofessional

Cancelled their service during lockdown, due to losing my business, they slapped me with cancellation fees of R3000 and another R1500 on top of that for "unreturned router" - I have email communications where they told me they'll collect it, but they never did and are now charging me for it. I tried countless times to contact them to ask for assistance or reprieve in solving the situation, but to no avail. They've handed over their "debt" to a company called Vericred and they've been harassing me for months to settle the accounts that are just amassing rent now. Both Vox and Vericred have met me with extreme unprofessionalism
