Vox and Guardian Eye ripoff.

When I canceled my Fibre service, before relocating, they asked whether I wanted to continue with my Guardian Eye service. What service I rep****? They then transferred the service to Guardian Eye directly anyway, and I got billed. After my email complaint I was called back by someone who had no idea why they were calling me. I explained but I'm still waiting for the promised feedback. The best part is that I assumed that I was 'renting to own' the camera I ordered, just like I did with the UPS. Turns out that I had been paying for a service every month that I didn't use nor knew I had.
