Vox and frogfoot unreliable service providers

Very bad service I continuously call and email them and no help from either just broken promises since the fibre line was installed I haven't recieved internet and it's month later the package deal is R399 a month, however I've been billed for R450 yet I still have no internet and I'm 3 days overdue according to the Vox portal app and I was informed the first month is free and the line was only installed the 11th of January If Vox or frogfoot doesn't sort anything out before the 10th of February I would like to cut all ties with them and have the line collected because they aren't keeping to their agreement
