Vox and Frogfoot not able to fix problem

Since the new upgraded plan my internet is down more and slower than 10meg.

Vox just informs me that they reported problem to frogfoot but still slow internet.

Really unhappy regarding this and will cancel my subscription with Vox as I am studing online and not even able to go on my student portal regarding this issue. Been more than 12 hours since reporting the issue and network keeps getting slower and slower.
